The Festivals of Tishrei and the Jewish Calendar (Hebrew)

We begin the Jewish Year with the high holidays: Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, followed by Sukkot. These are the Festivals of Tishrei, the beginning of the Jewish year, and the 7th month of the Jewish holiday calendar. Funny how that works, right?
